The Geneva Chamber of Commerce is hosting our next community luncheon on July 17 at noon. This free event is open to the public and a great opportunity to visit, enjoy lunch, and learn about upcoming local events. Three speakers will present on upcoming events and area updates, including Friends of the Limberlost, South Adams Trails, and the End of Summer Festival.

Melissa Fey will present the Painting en Plain Eir program, sponsored by the Friends of the Limberlost. This outdoor painting event will be held August 17 at various locations around Geneva, and participants will have an opportunity to display their work at the Limberlost State Historic Site visitor center.

Laura Schwartz, of South Adams Trails, will give updates on the current progress on the Canoper Trail connecting the communities of Berne and Geneva.

And Susan Buckingham, executive Director of the Geneva Chamber, will update us on plans for the End of Summer Festival happening in Geneva on August 17.

A lunch of fajitas will be sponsored by the Chamber, and so, while this is a free event and open to anyone who wishes to attend, your RSVP is required for lunch, by texting 260-849-9372, or by messaging the Geneva Chamber of Commerce page.

The luncheon will be held in the upstairs community room, located in the Geneva Town Hall building on East Line Street.
