Meet Tank! 🖤

This commission has been a work in progress, bringing together all the adorable pugs in one set—and I’m absolutely thrilled to BITS to be working on these beautiful babies 😭✨

These portraits are part of a remembrance set, honoring these sweet pugs who have crossed the rainbow bridge. Being asked to capture them in my moody style has truly inspired me, and I can’t wait to share the rest of these little ones with you!

It’s been quiet im sure you have seen!

But let me assure you it’s due to be being fully booked all through December!

Commissions have taken longer then expected due to several reasons and also having several of them!

I plan to be taking commissions again sometime later this month until i can finish these up!

I greatly appreciate your support you guys! You truly are such a huge inspiration to me! This is year 3 of me doing pet portraits. And i can only hope i will continue to grow as an artist whilst improving my skills over the years!

It's been quiet on my page but I assure you in life it's been insanely hectic!

My house became plagued with a sick family who are still recovering between bronchitis, pneumonia and more. 🤦‍♀️

I also however becoming booked with commissions this month that I habe been working on.

Commissions are currently closed and plan to reopen in January! 🩶

So please contact me then as right now I've so much on my plate.

🌈 Work in Progress: Custom Pet Portrait 🌈

Creating a custom pet portrait is more than just sketching; it’s about really understanding what makes your pet special. I listen closely to my customer’s favorite memories, quirks, and the little details that bring their pet to life. For this piece, my client shared their favorite photos, their pet’s signature expressions, and even personal touches like a little tail and added bandana.

All of those details help us bring the portrait to life together, especially for a meaningful tribute like this. My goal is always to capture not just how your pet looks, but what makes them unique and loved.

🌈 Upcoming Commission 🌈

This sweet little guy has recently crossed the rainbow bridge. His mom has entrusted me with creating a special piece to remember him by, and I’m truly honored. Having grown up with yorkies myself, they hold a special place in my heart, and I understand how difficult it is to say goodbye. It’s one of the hardest parts of life, but creating something to celebrate his memory is a way to help in the healing process.

Today is , a reminder that knowing how to save a life—especially our furry friends—can make all the difference. While having to administer CPR to your pet can be terrifying, being prepared can help you act calmly and confidently in an emergency.

Stay Calm:
1️⃣ Breathe: Take a few deep breaths to steady yourself. Focus on the feeling of the air filling your lungs.
2️⃣ Delegate: If there are bystanders, assign them tasks like finding the nearest emergency vet.
3️⃣ Focus: Keep your mind clear. Concentrate on the steps ahead and stay in the moment.

When to Start CPR:
🐾 Your pet isn’t responding
🐾 Your pet isn’t breathing
🐾 You can’t feel a heartbeat or pulse

How to Perform CPR:
Compressions:
❤️ Position your pet on their side.
❤️ Deliver 120 compressions per minute (2 per second).
❤️ For every 30 compressions, give 2 breaths.

Breaths:
❤️ Close your pet’s mouth and seal it with your fingers.
❤️ Cover their nose and give 2 breaths—enough to make their chest rise.
❤️ Check for a heartbeat after 2 minutes. If there’s no pulse, continue.

When to Stop CPR:
🐾 Your pet starts breathing and responding
🐾 You reach the vet clinic and they take over
🐾 You can’t continue physically
🐾 Your pet starts breathing but is still unconscious

Recovery Position:
Place your pet’s head to the side, slightly tilting down (unless there’s head trauma).

Compression Techniques:
🐶 Medium to Large Dogs: Compress one third of the chest depth.
🐱 Small Dogs/Cats: Use your thumb and fingers for compression, or compress directly over the heart.

Stay prepared and know that you can make a difference in your pet's life! ❤️
