My training has been off this week. My diet has been decent and my stress is way better on most days
Starting a new job, prepping my Nutrition course launch, growing my global business and just lifeing has me feeling the meh in my training.
Thank god for husbands who are also #frc practitioners and trainers and remind you that there is something called an #adaption phase when you up your training

This is me cooking with veggies again.
Always mixing it up. Over the next six weeks I’m working on finding my optimum nutrient dense diet. I know it will lean pretty protein heavy paleo but I want to see what veggies work for my gut and my nutrient needs so I know where my gaps are.
