Have you ever had a defining moment? One that changed your perspective or
impacted your life forever?
That moment for me was in December of 1997, when I was faced with the devastating
news of a cancer diagnosis... and the life I knew unraveled. Within a year, my marriage and business partnership dissolved; I found myself the single parent of three young sons, unemployed, and dealing with a second diagnosis. As I stood in the rubble of what had been my life, I was faced with a decision.... survive or THRIVE. I am a firm believer in the old adage, "When the student is ready, the teacher appears". It was at this time I was introduced to the transformational principles that supported me to shift my thinking and perspective. I saw that I had a choice. I could continue to live my life by default, tossed around by outside conditions, circumstances, and other people, or I could live my life pulled by the energy and vision of what I would love. Back then and within a short time, everything I envisioned was realized, and this got my attention. Since that time, I have dedicated my life to understanding how transformation works, how to apply it, and how to share it with the world.
I am honored to have been mentored by one of the greatest leaders in the field of
transformation, Mary Morrissey; and proud to be a Life Mastery Coach and Consultant, certified through the Brave Thinking Institute. It is with profound gratitude, that I have had the privilege of coaching others to connect with their Infinite Nature to create results they love.

Most intriguingly, this intersection forms a “cross”, formed within the circle. It is an area of the sky associated with originating points or new beginnings over time in multitudes of cultures. Shannon’s studied with Cayelin Castell who states 6500 years (ago) the equinox-based calendars emerged when the Spring Equinox was on the Galactic Cross at the Galactic edge inside the Sacred Hoop.” said Sue Minahan, founder, and host of the weekly show. “Star’s seemingly fixed position provided a steady placement in the night sky. Served to guide the directions for early peoples to modern times. The fixed stars slow movement transits one degree every 72 years. Currently the Sacred Hoop Stars are in the astrological signs of Gemini and Cancer.”
