Our Story

Shine FM launched on May 10, 2012. We are a radio station playing contemporary Christian music. We cover an eight county area in West Central Ohio that includes Champaign, Hardin, Logan, and Union. We simulcast our broadcast on 88.5 FM in Kenton and 88.9 FM in Bellefontaine. In February 2020, we added a third signal to our family of stationsā€¦88.9 FM in Tiffin. Our office and studio are located in Bellefontaine.

Shine FM reflects Godā€™s love, shares His Word, and encourages hearts. Our focus is to provide our listeners spiritual encouragement, build relationships in the community, and see lives transformed by the Gospel message.

Events are a big part of what we do. Concerts are an opportunity to come together for praise and worship, edification, and hearing the Gospel message. We have established four annual events, which include our Anniversary Celebration, Summer Kickoff, Rock the Lake, and the West Liberty Labor Day Concert.
