Midland is the heart of The Permian Basin and was host of this year's Hart Energy DUG Executive Conference. A big crowd turned out to hear about the latest news, events and challenges in the region.
We honored OXY’s Vicki Hollub with the Hart Energy Executive of The Year Award. There was also a special tribute to energy icon, Autry Stephens. Producing these special videos was a true joy for us.

The team was back in Dallas at The Thompson for the Hart Energy A&D Conference. Financial energy experts gathered to learn, discuss and strategize where the best deals are in the energy industry. As with all the Hart shows, we produce the sponsor loops, opening videos, show graphics and animation. Plus, you will always see us directing all the action on the main stage.

Suzanne and the team were in Dallas for the Hart Energy ECC Conference. A packed house at The Thompson Hotel heard from energy experts on what is happening in the industry today and in the future. Our special guest speaker - Karl Rove was a huge hit with the attendees.

Gotham was at the Kalahari Resort with everyone’s favorite grocery store to produce the HEB Produce conference. As always, we had a great time with the produce partners. The inspiring food show included some fun with a Family Feud: Produce Edition game show. Lot’s of important learning opportunities and conversations.

Back in August, we produced the HR Houston Annual Symposium at NRG Park. It’s been a privilege to be part of this great event for so many years. Great client, great event!

Our teams were out all over Texas shooting for upcoming HEB projects. Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth and the Border Region saw Gotham crews in their stores and at the corporate offices. Once we had the new footage shot, it was time to get all the video’s produced for the HEB Blooms Show and Expo.

With everything ready- videos, graphics, animations, and more, it was showtime!

After wrapping up the Scouts program, we quickly finished up all the visual materials for the Hart Energy Super DUG Conference & Expo at the Ft. Worth Convention Center.
Thousands of attendees participated in 2.5 days of outstanding General Sessions which included a vibrant exhibit hall and of course the famous after-party at Billy Bob’s.
Dave and Suzanne handled the General Session Room while John, Louis, and Larry handled the shooting and editing of the on-site interviews. With the help of the Hart Energy Conference Team, we produced a great event! If you are an energy professional - you need to be at Super DUG!

Hi friends…

Hope everyone was able to weather last week's storm with limited damage and no loss of electricity!

It’s been a couple of busy weeks for us. First, we were at the George R. Brown Convention Center for the annual Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts Sports Breakfast. Over 750+ people came to support Scouting Programs and honor those who are doing exceptional things in our community. With a special guest appearance by the great George Foreman, the morning was a true special event!

After returning from Shreveport, we went right to The University of Houston Law Center Annual Gala - “Bollywood Bling”. We have been working with the Law Center for almost 25 years on this great fundraising event, and it never gets old. We produce all the visuals for the show including the walk-in loops, opening video, show graphics, award videos, and this year's special video presentation to honor the Dean’s 10 years of service. Dave and Suzanne were on hand to direct and ensure everything went smoothly. A great night for a great cause!

It’s that time of the year with one event after the next!
We were in Shreveport, LA for the Hart Energy Gas+ Conference and Expo. Hundreds of industry executives were on hand to hear and see the newest information connected to America’s natural gas industry. Two days of standing-room-only crowds emphasize the need and importance of this energy resource.

Directly after the Women in Energy Luncheon, Dave and Suzanne left for Las Vegas for the Transform ’24 Conference.
Dave was brought in to be part of the Audio Visual RFP team and to help in the overall coordination of the Plenary Sessions.
Once on the show site, Suzanne kept everything running smoothly backstage, while Dave called all the action as Show Director.
With over 3,000 attendees, Transform is a growing HR Conference with excellent learning opportunities.
The closing night party featured Flo Rida which was the crowning touch to a great week!

Hi everyone…

We have been very busy since the last time we posted!

In addition to the usual video shoots in the studio for our Hart Energy programs, we produced the Hart Energy Women in Energy Luncheon.
Hundreds gathered on International Women’s Day to salute this year's class of honorees. These 36 women continue to make amazing contributions to the energy industry.
We produced the walk-in sponsor loop, opening video, all the show graphics as well as video bios of all 36 honorees.
