We came running back from Pittsburgh for the Hart Energy 50th Anniversary Celebration!
This terrific event was at The George Theatre in the Galleria Area. This event showcased our inaugural Hall of Fame class and our Agents of Change.
A wonderful night to meet and greet some of the pioneers and leaders of the Oil and Gas industry and the next generation that will move the transition forward.
Can’t wait to see who’s in the Class of 2025!

After we wrapped up in Midland, it was a quick stop back home in Houston for Thanksgiving before we headed to Pittsburgh.
It was time for the Hart Energy DUG Appalachia Conference (formally DUG East). Again, hundreds came to learn the latest information concerning this region's oil and gas opportunities.
Our “traveling circus” was with us in Pittsburgh and the show went off without a hitch!

Hi friends,

Hope you have had some fun these last few weeks. We certainly have. Let’s get everyone caught up!

First, we were in Midland, TX for the annual Hart Energy Executive Oil Conference. Hundreds of energy executives from the Permian Basin participated in this entertaining and educational 2 day conference.
As usual, we produced the Walk-in Sponsor Loops, The Opening Video and all the show graphics. Dave was at the controls as Show Director, and Suzanne was our Backstage Manager everyone ready to go.

We were back on the road to Dallas for the Hart Energy ECC and A&D Conferences. As we do for all the Hart shows, we produce the Opening Videos, Sponsor Loops, Show Graphics and Dave as the Show Director. Don’t forget to stop at Buc-ee's when driving around Texas! Hi friends…

Hope everyone is doing well. Sorry we haven’t been in-touch for a few weeks. We have been running around like crazy!
Let’s get you caught up on our adventures.

We were in San Antonio for a week producing multiple show’s for our great partners at HEB in the Deli, Meat and Seafood divisions. We created a terrific atmosphere for learnings, awards and food show’s. We produce all the show graphics, opening videos, additional video content, animations and set design. We love working with the best people in the grocery industry! A big thank you to our a/v partner AVRG for doing a great job.

We produced the annual Gulf Coast Symposium for HR Issues at NRG Park. This year's a/v setup included a center 80’ LED wall and 2 outboard LED walls. Great job by AVRG - the walls look great and the show went off without a hitch.
We produced the walk-in sponsor loop, the opening video, and the name graphic animations.
Suzanne was in the driver’s seat as Show Director making sure everything went according to plan.

As part of our overall responsibilities at Hart Conferences, John, Louis, and Aser set up a “mini on-site video studio”. This is where interviews are conducted as the conference is happening, and then edited and posted within an hour.
Getting key information from leading industry experts out to the broader energy marketplace is a huge focus of Hart Energy LIVE.

We still have a bunch of video projects in production and in the pipeline as well.

Right after we got home from San Antonio, we repacked our luggage and headed to Fort Worth for the first-ever Hart Energy Super DUG Conference. A 3-day conference conveying information and exhibits for thousands of energy professionals. The schedule was very tight, but working with our production partner Freeman, everything went as planned. Dave was the Show Director with Suzanne handling backstage operations and management. The dates are already set for next year's Super DUG - May 13-17, 2024. If you are connected to the energy industry, you must be at this conference!

Hi Friends…

The last few weeks have been exciting, to say the least.
First, we were in San Antonio to produce and stage the HEB Produce annual conference. More than 700 HEB partners were there to learn about the latest happenings in their division and to celebrate the best of the best in the department. We produced all the video components, show graphics and animations as well as on-site show direction. From the General Sessions to the Food Show and the fun activities at night, this show had something for everyone. And who could forget the Family Feud - Produce Edition on the last day! Thanks to our production partners - Inspire A/V and AVTS.

Two days later we were back in the same ballroom producing the annual University of Houston Law Center Gala and Auction. This was our 20th year involved with this terrific evening. Money was being raised for scholarships combined with a lot of fun! Thanks to our production partners at AVRG and Adams Davey. It was certainly a BOLD & BRIGHT evening!

Hi everyone….

The first week of May was a bit crazy for us. We started off with the 5th Annual Sam Houston Area Council - Boy Scouts of America Sports Breakfast. The ballroom at The Post Oak Hotel was packed with 700 scouting supporters from the Houston area. The show finale was a special interview with Cal and Hannah McNair from the Houston Texans. A great morning program for a very worthy cause.

A big THANK YOU to the folks at the IABC chapter here in Houston. Dave was invited to speak (along with Damon Vance the VP of Marketing, and Hadley McClennen the VP of Conferences from Hart Energy) about what is happening in the Special Events world right now, post-COVID. Logistics, ROI, and production strategies were all discussed while having a great lunch at Masraff’s!

We have 4 show’s coming up in May. Stay tuned. We will be sharing those experiences as soon as they happen.

Hi everyone…

As usual, it’s been a busy few weeks. Let’s start with this!

We did an installation at BP Headquarters utilizing fabric graphic panels that we had produced for an earlier BP conference. Now they are wall art for all to enjoy. The smaller one is approximately 10’x8’. The one in the hallway is over 32’ long. Thanks to our partner on this installation, SouthStar Exhibits.

The same week of the Women in Energy show, we also had the Chesmar Homes Annual Conference.
This is a great group of folks and a highlight on our calendar. This year’s staging concept centered around a dynamic 50’ long LED screen.
Adding to the overall room design, we added a 16’ double-sided LED entry tunnel showcasing the people of Chesmar.
A big thank you to our staging partners AVRG and Texas Drape and Stage.

Over 800 people came out to celebrate this year's class of outstanding women moving the energy industry forward.

Last week we had our final Hart Energy conference of 2022. We were in Midland, TX for the annual Executive Oil Conference.
Hundreds of energy professionals participated in the General Session, Exhibit Hall and an Opening Reception featuring a live band.

And finally, we were in The Woodlands for the Grand Opening of the new research facility for Indorama. We documented the entire day, including the ribbon cutting, lab tours, and interviews with executives. This was a successful day for all who attended, and we are editing the highlights video right now. Congratulations to the Indorama Team for creating a world-class facility that will serve them well for years to come.

One conference ended and we went straight into rehearsals and production of the next show. The A&D Conference is always a very well attended event that has become a staple in the energy industry.
As with all Hart Conferences, the Sponsor Loop, Opening Video, and Show Graphics are produced by Gotham, and Dave was in the Director’s Chair for both shows.
