On Memorial Day, HudsonMann Publishing pauses to recognize and honor our servicemembers who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country, our freedom and the way of life we cherish.

We also remember the Gold Star families of these service members and share President Lincoln’s sentiment and pray “that our Heavenly Father may assuage the anguish of your bereavement, and leave you only the cherished memory of the loved and lost, and the solemn pride that must be yours to have laid so costly a sacrifice upon the altar of Freedom.”

We were very happy to join in supporting the 13th Annual Beaufort County Brawl this week! Thank you Northeast Elementary for hosting the event. Great job by all the competitors from Bath Elementary, Chocowinity Middle, Northeast Elementary and Pungo Christian Academy. Congratulations to Bath Elementary as this year's baseball and softball tournament champions!
