The Art at Bartlett exhibition program is pleased to present HANDS AT WORK: Fiber Art by the Bartlett Woods community. The show includes quilting, weaving, knitting, felting, hooking, needlepoint, quilling, & more created by residents and staff of Bartlett Woods and family members. There will be an opening reception for the exhibition on February 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Bartlett Woods Retirement Community. The exhibition remains on view through May 5, 2025.

The L/A Arts Gallery is about to get cozy with a group show, Art Quilts Maine: A Retrospective. The exhibition features works by four Maine quilters who are all members of Art Quilts Maine (a chapter of Pine Tree Quilts), an organization that supports members in exploring contemporary quilt art, inspires creativity and individuality, and promotes the understanding, appreciation, and recognition of contemporary quilters in the state of Maine. Sax’s elegant framed black and white and color prints, and McNeil’s beautiful cut paper flowers, wreaths and wall collages create an atmosphere of peace and joy.
