Doing a little "market research" here and could use your help!

With the cost of postage increasing, I'm streamlining my business to mostly be online for a number of reasons-

1️⃣ My website is available 24-7 to browse (I'm not available 24/7)
2️⃣ inventory levels change quickly (have you seen these hot pink deals flying off the shelves??)
3️⃣ Many of our special deals are limited time only! So it doesn't make sense to have printed materials
4️⃣ there are waaaay more products available on the website (as online extras) than what's listed in the catalog!

20 minutes of HIIT (High intensity interval training) this morning.

The sad part is...my fitbit died mid workout..so it didn't track! But here's the thing--IT STILL COUNTS! My BODY tracks those movements!!

Don't minimize your activity because you think it doesn't count. Whether that's because you "forgot your watch" or you think "it's just walking to the mailbox" -- all movement counts!

Children in the foster care system enter with various different baggage - the emotional and mental kind.

What they don’t enter the system with, much of the time, is an actual bag to call their own to hold their belongings.

Recently, I have been in touch with a children’s home in Borrowed Hearts Owensboro. They are in need of donations of bags for the countless children who enter their care using trash bags.

Could you IMAGINE using a trash bag to carry everything you owned from house to house? Could you imagine 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒅 doing this? Your grandchild or niece or nephew?

It’s already traumatic to be placed in such a system, and then the trash bags … their dignity is gone. They and their belongings are NOT trash. No human should feel like that.

So, now that there is a 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄 on these, my team is 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 to our communities and we need YOUR help!
