EYEonLBI Comprehensive House Watch Services Exterior Inspection: Trash Cans Returned Bring in any newspapers, mail, fliers , Visual Inspection of Exterior of Home Confirm doors and windows are secure Visual Inspection of lot & yard Check outside shower and hoses for leaks Check all areas where copper pipe is exposed for potential theft Check Grill to be sure tank is off Check Hot Tub & Pool for maintenance issues Interior Inspection: Check all doors and windows Check for signs of intruders Check for visibly signs of leaks Run all faucets and flush toilets Check for visible signs of rodents, insects or other pests Check timers & bulbs are operating Check to see that washer hose is not leaking or that water is off Check water heater for obvious leaks Check Refrigerator is operating If heat is on, check that furnace is running & check display on thermostat Check Electric Breaker Panel for tripped breakers We offer a variety of programs designed to fit your needs. Superior Communication: We email you after each visit so that you know your home is fine. Those emails usually include a photo of your home. If there are any issues - we will address it right away and we will call you to advise you of the issue, and ask how you would like us to proceed. Most days we don't find issues at the house. (That's a good thing :) But the day we find an issue you will learn how valuable our service is. Not only will you be notified and hopefully have the opportunity to address the issue before it gets BIGGER, but we have direct access to all the contractors and we can handle the whole thing for you!
