🎥 Have you ever had a dining experience so extraordinary that it becomes the benchmark for all others?
This past week, I had the privilege of dining at JuJu, an Orlando gem and a Michelin Guide-recognized restaurant, for their Kappo Bar experience... and I’m still in awe. 🍣✨
This isn’t just dining - it’s an immersive journey through flavors, artistry, and hospitality. Seated at the intimate Kappo Bar, I watched as the chefs meticulously crafted each dish, blending tradition with innovation. From the melt-in-your-mouth nigiri to the perfectly balanced courses, every bite was a symphony of textures and tastes. 🎶🍱
JuJu’s Nigiri Kase menu is an elevated exploration of Japanese cuisine, and I can confidently say this was not just one of the best dining experiences in Orlando - it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Period. 🙌
The Kappo Bar experience menu changes seasonally (and each evening’s offerings may be different), and the Autumn Kappo menu emphasizes luxurious and seasonal flavors of fall, with fish imported daily from Japan.
The current Dry-Aged Nigiri-Kase ($120 per guest) available only on weekdays. Unlike Juju’s regular, Kappo-style omakase experience (which consists of cooked and raw dishes), Nigiri-Kase highlights more of their in house, dry-aged seasonal fish along with a raw tasting.
Juju’s Izakaya Dining Room, an (amazing!!!) a la carte menu, is still open for walk-ins.
This is why JuJu (and their sister restaurant, Susuru) were (and are) # 1 on my list of Orlando-area restaurants (and worth the trip if you’re visiting Walt Disney World! Check out WDW Radio # 788!)
If you’re a foodie, sushi lover, or someone who appreciates culinary artistry, put JuJu at the top of your must-visit list. It’s not just a meal... it’s an unforgettable experience. 💫
