2021 Forest River XLR boost, bumper pull. 36’ Like brand new. Sleeps 6-8. Have title in hand.
It has queen bunk beds in the garage, along with bench seats and table, has a queen slide out for the master with closet light up vanity and chest of drawers, 1 and half baths! One toilet, one sink, and 1 shower in living area and One bath, one sink and one toilet in garage area. Nice size living room with slide out for reclining, heated and massaging couch, microwave, stove and oven, and nice size fridge. A spot for a 56" tv. (TV not included) Fireplace (several light displays to choose from for electric heat or use propane for heated thermostat. Indoor reading gauges for tanks, both water, waste, grey tanks, heat pump, battery, etc. Has wheel chocks, tons of extras for easy setup to throw in, had a nps 5500 generator inverter, 30 gallon gas tank with nozzle, blue led lights on awning and blue led underglows and a powered 21' awning, 2 ac's one with silencer, indoor/outdoor radio system for entertainment, outdoor storage
compartments, outdoor tv mount, garage deck with safety rails, 13' wide garage with super duty tie downs that carries two motorcycles, a golf cart or side by side. Distribution hitch, auto leveler, electric jack...too much to list. If you have any questions just ask and l'll send more pictures.
