I apologize for the delay in generating more content for my Patreon channel. Below is a link to my latest video covering the applicability of the IRS's 14-factor test for "religion." More specifically, I cover the tests' ultimate applicability to Churches who are otherwise automatically tax exempt under 501(c)(3) per the strictures of IRC 508(c)(1)(a). Those what have been following my channel know that IRC 508(c)(1)(a) DOES NOT CREATE A SPECIAL TYPE OF ENTITY, ALL CHURCHES ARE AUTOMATICALLY EXEMPT UNDER 501(C)(3), THEY DO NOT HAVE TO APPLY FOR THAT STATUS (HENCE WHAT 508(C)(1)(A) CLEARLY STATES). I hope you enjoy and might I recommend to my entheogen-based religious practitioners out there- do not consult the IRS's religion test in any capacity, instead, consult my third book "The Law of Entheogenic Churches (Vol. II): The definition of religion under the first amendment" if you have any questions about the religiosity of your beliefs and practices. Without further ado, please see my Yoder video below. Again, this is the second video of my third lecture sub-series. I hope you enjoy and again many apologies for skipping ahead and publishing the Thomas video first. Again, I like to keep things like this in chronological order as much as possible, as we are analyzing the evolution of the Free Exercise standard. I hope everyone has a great weekend! I am travelling across the country making deals and forging new partnerships for my Patreon channel and other projects, both ongoing and forthcoming. This is my third video from my third lecture on the formation of the modern free exercise standard. As indicated, this video covers Thomas v. Review Bd. of the Ind. Emp't Sec. Div., 450 U.S. 707 (1981), and is being published out of chronological order with Yoder. I am still working on getting the Yoder video edited, but will be posting soon. However, at the end of this video is a super dense fact pattern I surmised a couple days ago and will be the subject of a bonus lecture/analysis at the end of this (third) lecture series. I hope you enjoy and stay tuned for the final video in this lecture series for a breakdown and analysis of the fact pattern, I hope to have an expert jump on and provide us some testimony to help further our analysis....stay tuned!!!!
