The following have made announcements concerning 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. We will update this list as needed.

Batesville School District K-12 and Preschool locations will be released at 1:30 pm on Thursday, January 9. And will also be closed on Friday, January 10. All after-school activities are canceled

Cave City Schools will be closed on Friday, January 10, and will be made up on Presidents' Day February 17th. Also canceled are home basketball games scheduled for Thursday, January 9. Those games have been rescheduled for January 27th at 5:00. All after-school activities on Thursday, January 9 have been canceled.

Cedar Ridge School District will dismiss at 1:00p.m. on Thursday

From the Beginning Cave City will close at 2 pm

Independence County offices will close at 2 PM today.

Midland School District will be dismissing early on Thursday, January 9. Elementary students will be released at 12:40 p.m. High School students will be released at 1 p.m.

Mountain View: All schools in the Mountain View School District will dismiss at 12:30pm today (Thursday, January 9th).

New Directions (Operated by Network of Community Options-Batesville) will close at 1:30 PM on Thursday and will be closed on Friday.

Southside School District, K-12, will have an early release on Thursday, January 9. Car riders will be released at 1 pm and bus riders will follow at 1:15 pm. The TRACKS program will be closed on Thursday afternoon and the preschool will close at 2:30 pm. There also will be no school on Friday, January 10.

VFW Post 4501 Bingo has been canceled on Thursday, January 9th due to the weather.
