Hey lovelies If you are new here or have been here with me this last year..

I thought it was time to reintroduce myself and give you an update on what’s going on in my life.

After being a Physical Therapist the past 8 years, I decided it was time to take my skill set and love for helping others into the online space of entrepreneurship.

My desire for creating a life on my terms, and having a career centered around my values and dreams became so big that I knew being a PT alone wasn’t going to give me these things. However, I knew that with my expertise and experience I could easily leverage my skills in other ways.

By nature, I’ve always been caring, dedicated, and so passionate about helping others to heal holistically in the clinic. Now, I’m able to take these traits online and help other women find their voice outside of their professional degrees. I’m obsessed with building authentic connections and showing others how to create a flexible lifestyle and generational wealth.

Why? Because that’s what I wanted for myself and I’ve discovered there are so many other women out there who are looking to do the same.

But they don’t know how. And that’s my mission has become.

I can show you a new paradigm of business model I’m a part of, give you step-by-step strategies to start and scale a business, and gift you access top mentorship from a whole community of people just LIKE YOU.

If you don’t have belief in yourself no one else will!

Believe me, I’ve learned the hard way many times and I’m still a work in progress.

But I’m Im learning that the moment you change your mindset from “I can’t”to “I can” is the moment everything changes for you.

Letting go of your excuses and expectations of others will save you so much time and allow you to fully step into the highest version of yourself.

When you have self belief, your whole vibe changes dramatically and everything around you begins to change as well. People respond to you differently and things magically start working in your favor.

Remember you control your own destiny. You are the narrator of your story and YOU get to choose how to write it!
