There was a good sized crowd at the "Freedom Rally on the Lawn" today at the Minnesota State Capitol. In MN, under current law minors need parental consent to obtain the new experimental emergency use product. Senator Eaton and Representative Freiburg (who filed Friday seeking to remove exemption rights from all Minnesota children) ALSO want to change that. They want minors to be able to consent without parental permission. This is not about access for children, this is not about children’s rights, this is about the state inserting themselves further into the family. They replace the conversations and research that is the right of the FAMILY with people not legally liable for any outcomes.
