Last year, I attended Sutherland Weston Marketing Communications Maine-Stay 2022 Conference 🎇. I got so much out of it! From some new social media ideas to new marketing prospectives. The cherry-on-top 🍒, new business contacts through associated networking time with some of the BEST this state has to offer.

This year, I'm moderating a panel for Maine-Stay 2023 and looking forward to getting just as much new information out of the stellar line-up that Sutherland Weston has organized for us.

Haven’t been on in a while! How is everyone? What’s your favorite thing you’ve done this summer?

My family and I always go to Point Sebago in Casco, Maine for a week in August. This little one here loves to swim and we did lots of that! 🥰☀️

What a fantastic time hanging out with Danny Cashman on The Nite Show!! For those of you who didn't get to tune in last weekend - watch the clip below to see who won our chili cookoff!

It was great to be back on air and to let everyone know how much of an impact this state and the wonderful people who live here have made on me 🥰 I'm so proud to call the Pine Tree State HOME!!

And, if you're ever in the area, live tapings of The Nite Show are filmed at the Gracie Theatre on the Husson University campus and are really a GREAT time! Tickets are free - it's a wonderful way to spend an evening 😁

Made my way back on local TV last night to challenge Danny Cashman to a chili cook off on The Nite Show. It was fun to catch up and as always my cheeks hurt from laughing so much 😂

But who won 🏆 the chili cook off? You’ll have to tune in April 22nd 11:30 pm after WABI TV5 News at 11 to find out!! 😉

Emily’s Story

Emily Tadlock has been in front of the camera since she was a little girl. Looking back at family videos her face is the first to pop up on screen with some crazy story to tell. And while some things never change, her storytelling is now based in fact! Born and raised in North Carolina, Emily graduated from Campbell University (Go Camels!) in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Theatre and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management. She made her way to New England and in 2016 received her Master’s Degree in Journalism from Emerson College in Boston. She interned with Spectrum News in Raleigh, North Carolina and was a Production Assistant at WTVD ABC 11 in Durham, North Carolina. While in Boston, she worked as a writer for WHDH Channel 7 News and worked as an anchor and reporter for Emerson College’s Emmy Award winning news station, WEBN. Emily considers herself half southern and half New Englander. She is a lover of the Patriots, Red Sox, and Celtics, but roots for any North Carolina team in the ACC. She is excited to be living in Maine, which she says is much like home except colder. She would love to tell your story, so feel free to reach out.
