We want to give a shout out to our killer culinary squad on . The heart and soul of PMT is the food. Half of each episode is filmed in Mexico, but the other half is filmed in Pati’s real home kitchen. While writes, tests, and cooks every single recipe, it requires a gifted culinary team behind her to make about twenty different dishes come to fruition during a tight production schedule. So, a super huge thanks to our extraordinary culinary producer Debi Shawcross and her team members Kristen Lurillo, Carmen Aguilar, and Carolyn Robb for making it a wonderful experience for the past three seasons!

For the second year in a row, ELM provided video and livestream support to the annual Adobe Forum at the The Kennedy Center. We filmed opening and closing keynote addresses, breakout sessions throughout the day, and testimonials from Adobe staff and customers. A shoot like this requires a lot of moving parts over the course of the set up and event day, but the ELM team worked really well together to support the visual needs of the client. Plus, it was a pretty cool location, don’t you think? 😎

On Giving Tuesday, we ran a “Giveaway To Giveback” contest and pledged to support a nonprofit through a free short film. ShareBaby was the winner, and this video is the result. Check it out and learn about the organization:

What’s the first step? For ELM Animator Kellee, it’s all about setting the right mood to ignite her creative process. When she’s deep into scripting or storyboarding, she enjoys the soothing tunes of piano music. But for simpler tasks, podcasts provide the perfect backdrop. Kellee’s creativity starts with excitement—a new story to tell, a project to be proud of, or a chance to improve her skills. She jots down ideas quickly, whether it’s with sketches or notes.
