Sleep??!?

Needing Sleep? This is a Pain Point for many and the use of sleep aids is on the rise.

There are many ways to improve your sleep through Sleep Hygiene.

The use of Melatonin is a common sleep aid, but it can have harmful side effects.

One of the positive ways to achieve sleep is to Relax before bed. It is also one of the safest ways to achieve sleep.

offers proven, tested sleep benefits. Participants on every continent since 2020 report improved sleep. The most dramatic sleep results involve, Jim, a veteran with PTSD who could not sleep more than 4.5 hours per night.

He also used a CPAP machine for years for sleep apnea. He experienced approximately 30 minutes of increased sleep, after the first session.

After 2 months he steadily improved his sleep and achieved a goal of 6 plus hours per night by 3 months, without the use of any medication or supplements through Cleanse Your Cache.

Within 5 months, he did not require a CPAP machine. He no longer had Sleep Apnea. His PTSD symptoms decreased. He was able to return to wprk after retiring. He became more active. He enjoyed better relationships. He felt so much better - he no longer needs Cleanse Your Cache.

Today, as I volunteered in the public school system to teach a child to read, I was reminded of how much our teachers give.

We know teachers are essential to the wellbeing of society, but sometimes forget to contribute to their wellbeing.

So, will host a free, resilience and relaxation session for public school teachers. It will take place on Tuesday, February 8 at 8:00 pm EST via Zoom.

The session is limited to 50 participants and 1 hour long. Please note, this FREE session is not a webinar to sell you another service or coaching. It is simply my way of saying thank you.

I took time for Adventure in the World 2021 - a place in which we have opportunity to connect in ways we may not have imagined in 2020. I hugged Maybelle, a Cow at in Tennessee! Sh

She hugged me, too! Beyond , I’m the only other one to receive a hug from Maybelle!

I was thanking her for the work she does to help people in need and told her I love her. The next thing I experience is Maybelle shift her weight to lean into me. It’s a memory I’ll hold yet share as it shifted my world.

Nature is a part of sessions, but I think it is time to create more than virtual Cleanse Your Cache™ experiences.

At the end of 2020, an effort to buy a farm to create permaculture and a place of rest for those in need fell apart. I think it was about what I did not expect in 2020 - my year of volunteering full-time as a pivot. Funds also changed due to my volunteer space.

I’m ready to create a farm sanctuary for healing animals and those in need. My journey to gave my vision confidence and increased clarity for its need and success. I am excited for the future and those who will support the farm sanctuary! I hope you will!!

In case you are curious as to how I found The Gentle Barn:

A benefit to 2020 was discovering on It was amazing to observe John Lewis, their cow in California, grow up as we were locked in. I learned cow therapy was a thing 😆 I was on board with equine therapy, but never imagined a cow offering therapeutic benefits to wellness.

A few weeks ago, I taught a session on cows. I fell in love with cows. It was a shift as I considered their impact on the environment. But through preparing for my class - Self-Care Sunday 30™, I realized that it isn’t cows. The problem lies with being fed grain which they cannot easily digest. I hope to generate interest to lobby for laws to protect cattle and the environment.

With food photography assignments in Tennessee, I decided to visit the Gentle Barn for their Sunday open house.

Tea & Cakes™ is back! We took off VIRTUALLY VIA GOOGLE to Morocco this week and it was relaxing! Virtual travel is a great way to "see" the World.

In a year of change, I focused ArlieSpeaks Media, LLC on helping others beyond art. I focused on creating opportunities for connection and saving lives.

One of my volunteer activities of the past year was to learn immigration law and help free immigrants from cages and reunite families.

I've freed 4 people to reunite with their loved ones.

This has been entirely unfunded.

Sena, a rescue, joined the ArlieSpeaks Media, LLC family five weeks ago. She's taught me a lot about self-care and she's making her presence known since her birthday party on Instagram LIVE. Yesterday, Sena felt left out during a regular Self-Care Sunday 30: Cleanse Your Cache™ session.

We're continuing the party as a regular, monthly cat meditation. This meditation includes lessons from the feline world - including Sena.
