Copy share email them, its only right, we're billed for every single second or thing being a trucker period, apply pressure to make them deal justly! I sent this to customer service's email

"Good Evening, Your apologies for the site being unavailable is not a proper or professional gesture due to the fact we pay an outrageous fee to have full access 24/7, and some drivers are trying to get home or from wherever they are, it should be a price adjustment and a refund to each and every patron on your site equally the days or hours the site is down, we pay for a service not a excuse or apology. Please take this up with your legal and administrative departments, it's fair in every aspect whether it amounts to 1-5 dollars by your calculations, its a show of good faith and upright business dealings because as of now you're in breach of contract to the thousands who utilize your site worldwide.
It's actionable as a class action in a court of law and I'm certain many drivers are suffering because of the site being down, compensation not apologies!
