✨I can’t stop thinking about this crochet install ✨

These are crochet braids ✨💕

Well, it is.

I love me a good crochet install. Not only does it save time, but it’s less tension on the client and less wear and tear on my hands as a BRAIDER! And let’s not even get into time shortage!! I’m a part-time BRAIDER I don’t always have a lot of time.

Here are some tips to help you improve your technique:

1. Braid pattern everything. Don’t be afraid to go outside the box and use different patterns.

2. Use only what you need! Just because the pack has 300 braids, you don’t need to use them. Learn how to layer. Layering will cover gaps.

3. Outline the perimeter with the traditional method of install. For example, with this install. I used a sewin with leave out pattern and installed actual boho knotless in the leave out.

Yall know how all our parents have/had a piece of furniture that was unique to the black experience and it is implanted in our minds for “growing up black”? What piece or pieces of furniture present day are we all deciding to get so our kids have that experience? Is it those glam bedroom sets 👀 let’s discuss.
