WINTERS- On 11/11/2024, Winters ISD held their annual Veterans Day Celebration in the Winters Blizzards gymnasium. The morning began with a special breakfast being served by Tami Richards' culinary students in the Special Events Center decorated in patriotic red, white, and blue.

RUNNELS COUNTY - Robin Burgess started working for Runnels County on September 1st, 1979, when she was sworn in as a deputy. She'd soon become the county tax assessor/collector when elected to the position in 1992, starting her new career in 1993.

Ballinger fights tooth-and-nail in a grinder to come home with a well earned 27-26 must-win victory of Hico!

The Mighty Bearcats have secured the 4th playoff spot.

Miles Bulldog's defense stood strong, stifling Roscoe all game. The Plowboys had one big play, a long pass for 70+ yards for a TD. Miles kept the Roscoe offense on their heels all night.

Miles secured the #2 seed.

The Bulldogs will play Lindsay (6-3, 8-2) next week at a neutral location.
