Our Story
Morris Media Studios was founded by Felicia “The Poetess” Morris and was built and engineered by her late father, Johnny Morris. “My dad and I have been in radio collectively for 75 years. We wanted to share our knowledge and years of experience by building a podcast studio in the community that would provide a platform for people to have a voice through podcasting.” In 2014, Morris Media Studios was founded. With a few crowdfunding campaigns, personal savings and investments from good friends made it possible for the dream to launch. Morris Media Studios has been in business nearly 5 years and is home to over 25 podcasts. We provide a creative space for aspiring and professional podcasters to stream live audio and video content. Our facility also includes a green screen room for video and photo shoots, a conference room for meetings and voice-over studio for audiobooks, commercials and film narration.
