Hernandez escaped police custody Monday and hasn't been found.

Bakersfield Police Department is asking for your help in identifying the person or persons responsible for a deadly shooting at the Marketplace in southwest Bakersfield on Sunday night. The victim is a 15-year-old boy who was shot several times near the Edwards Theater. If you have any information, call BPD at (661) 327-7111.
