Difficult post: Boy are we going through it right now! I would prefer to only post good things, but...some of you know about Paul falling three stories when the scaffold he was on broke (quite a while back), and that he fractured bones, herniated discs in his spine, has had multiple knee surgeries, etc. His buddy who also fell almost did not survive (coma, brain surgery, major brain damage, etc. so even more horrendous.) Fortunately Paul was able to return to skating, movie stunt work, judo, snowboarding, etc. after some time, and also after breaking his hip at Beardsley skate park. Well, he has not faired so well with the latest crash...9 ft. straight down in a magnificent pool, designed by Lance Mountain, that Paul partially helped build too. I'll post an image in comments. After not being able to walk dogs (or walk normally, for that matter), balance, or be free from pain and numbness in ALL of his limbs, his MRIs show SEVERE spinal damage in several places, and he'll be seeing a neurosurgeon in a few weeks. I pray that he will offer us hope and healing. Appreciate the ability to walk, friends, and don't take anything for granted. Our world has been shaken up, for sure.
