After 5 years of blood sweat and tears … we finally made it to the Bakersfield Condors Arena! We are right next to the player entrance on the ice so you can’t miss us. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but to me it’s the world. We started these stations from nothing. We survived Covid, fires, floods, snow storms all with the help of our community. We’ve gone from least followed radio station on Instagram to most followed on instagram. We built a studio that I’m proud of and a team of DJ’s that truly get what it means to be local. We play local artist every Monday night and interview charities during the week. Kait Hill is our book keeper and manager and I do Programing and sales. I drive my station vehicle everywhere…all this while parenting 5 children DJing weddings and producing a syndicated radio show. Kait & I are exhausted everyday. But we refuse to give up on our dream. So yeah…this is more than just our logo on the condors on-ice Dasherboard… it’s a seat at the table among some of the best radio stations In town… a seat we created…Go condors!

So…apparently we’re in the path of a hurricane? We can expect winds of 30-40 MPH when it reaches Bakersfield & Kern river valley…by the time it reaches us it’ll drop from hurricane status and be just a storm. Cooler temps around 88 Saturday and Sunday with rain expected.
