Halloween Haul: A Sweet Adventure in Adult Trick or Treating 🎃🍫

Last week, our marketing team embarked on a deliciously nostalgic journey back to our childhoods with a twist—Adult Trick or Treating! Armed with taste buds ready for action, we explored the delectable offerings from three local chocolatiers: Anderson's Chocolates, Rosalind Candy Castle, and Sarris Candies. Caramel Craze 🍬

In the caramel showdown, Anderson's Chocolates took the crown with their luscious, melt-in-your-mouth caramel. Sarris followed closely, but let's be honest, it wasn't a fair fight since the caramels were quite different! We might need a rematch with more salted caramels to settle this sweet debate.

Nutty Delight 🥜

For the nutty category, Sarris emerged victorious, charming us with their extra chocolate drizzle and a perfectly salty chocolate-to-nut ratio. It's safe to say they cracked the code on nutty goodness!

Pretzel Perfection 🥨

Sarris won our pretzel hearts (or should we say taste buds?) again in this category, though Mary was swayed by delightful childhood memories.

A special shoutout goes to Rosalind Candy Castle for their gluten-free pretzels—finding gluten-free treats can be tricky, so let us know if you spot them! Anderson's commented on our LIVE tasting video and mentioned that they have GF options as well so be sure to check them out!

Sweet Salutations 🍫

A huge thank you to Sarris, Rosalind Candy Castle, Anderson's Chocolates & the Leetsdale Giant Eagle for making our Halloween haul a truly sweet experience. Each chocolatier brought something unique to the table, proving that when it comes to chocolate, there's always room for more!
