BUT For real though....(In the realm of photography & business) This past year has been an incredible journey of growth, creativity, and more discovery. While it's only been a little over a year now, it still amazes me how having a private space to create art has been a game-changer in more ways than I ever imagined. It’s a space where I’ve been able to expand what I can offer to my amazing clients.
I’ve been able to provide a wider range of options for maternity, newborn, head shots, and small family sessions, no matter what the weather brings. Rain, snow, or shine—the moments we capture together are never compromised. This flexibility has opened up so many opportunities to craft memories that are as unique as the families I photograph, even though I feel like my in-home studio already busting at the seams. LOL
So I wanted to share one of my favorite setups thus far: "Santa’s Cabin" scene by Baby Dream backdrops. This was a last minute impromptu setup for a client...& While I've been accustomed to using my white walls, paper rolls, and digital backdrops, I’ve discovered a new love for using actual backdrops & scenes, and they’ve added an exciting dimension to my sessions that I can’t wait to explore even more. Their quality of backdrops and their vibrancy are hands-down the best I've ever seen.
Looking ahead, I’m dreaming big. Next year, there’s a strong possibility of bringing a real Santa into the studio for an even more magical experience. The possibilities feel endless, and I’m so grateful for this space that allows me to dream, create, and continue to grow.
