Daniel Speiss is a motivator at heart and seeks to empower the world by being a catalyst for the purpose. Understanding key roles in cognitive functionality, behavior, and typology he strives to bring power to others life purpose and fulfillment. From a young age, he learned to naturally observe and understand behavior. He noticed that these observations either limit or exemplify people’s natural

abilities. His focus on understanding how to help others elicit their own development, purpose and growth led him to venture into Life/Relationship coaching. Throughout his early childhood, seeing the same observations in business and in personal cultures, the challenge arose that a majority of the population are not always motivated or supported in an emotionally aware way by peers. Coaching with a growing awareness of such indifferences and resistances individuals have between each other, whether the characteristics are personality or functionally based, are the center point in how individuals become responsible for their own actions towards others and themselves. As a result of understanding these ongoing social struggles, he utilizes MBTI® to promote an awareness in both business and personal lives, to enrich many with a diverse and dynamic outlook with relevant applications to both areas. He started YouTube Channels under the name “ENFJ Discussions” to educate and inform the differences in others, and ultimately share different perspectives through video blogging, and online interviews. As he started to expand his online exposure, he gravitated to hosting and leading workshops and meetup groups for typology, personal development, relationship building, and purpose. His focus is to grow his online and offline community reach and to travel the world teaching communication, behavior, and social dynamics. His life goals include bringing motivation and purpose to people’s lives that invoke a responsibility for presence while being around others. To travel the world and lead workshops and speaking events that act as a catalyst for social, personal, and business change.

It's not much, but boy do I have a lot in store for the world, and so very little time to do it all in.

You will see that I have a lot of different interests like psychology, coaching, personality theory, communication, sales.

I want to inspire people to do what they want, when they want.

I want to motivate business owners or CEO's to sidestep his or her thinking to change the lives of their clients, and their employees.

I want to show entrepreneurs how easy it is to get going, to start creating, affecting, and making a difference.

I want to help people and businesses innovate and incorporate my above mentioned.

We all have the opportunity to leverage our passions for our humanity, find your way, find your thing, and rock with it.

Current affairs:

I'm getting into the Cryptocurrency space, and been actively trading equity markets. I believe block-chain technology is the future, and the sooner we understand its role in our every day lives, the sooner we can live a more unified life together without borders, boundaries, and intermediaries.

Some side projects of note:

My YouTube channel is my main area for my content. I talk communication, Psychology, Interviews, business and anything I find relevant and interesting. I'm starting a sales and communications masterclass soon.

I've been learning social advertising, and lead generation with social media. This is a work in progress, I personally believe everyone will need social leverage for everyday business transactions.
