Some bench warmup movements.
I usually do 3-10 of each depending how they’re feeling. What works best for you might be different.
External rotations
Pass thru
Internal rotations
Scapular retraction
Wrist to elbow warmups
Another thing I noticed is when I benched less arched, it hurt my shoulders less. Which is usually the opposite of what people do to protect their shoulders in a bench but I think that kinda shows how different things work better for different people; no one size fits all
