I'm going through a really tough time mentally, and I just need to let this out. There's been a lot of loss in my life recently, and it's weighing on me heavily. I have so many responsibilities, people counting on me, and while I’m doing my best for them, everything feels so overwhelming right now.

My space is chaos, and I've fallen behind on every household task—laundry, groceries, just taking care of myself in general feels like a monumental task. It feels like when I was going through my hardest moments in the past, people were there for me. But now, as time has gone on, more and more people have faded away, and those who stuck around are distancing themselves too. I feel like I’m completely alone now, overwhelmed, depressed, and unable to reach out for help.

I'm embarrassed to even say anything out loud, knowing that so many others are fighting their own battles, but I can’t help feeling like I’m drowning.
