It’s the 1st of October, and it’s starting to feel like that time of year again—the time when everything speeds up toward the year’s end. They don’t call it “silly season” for nothing. But here’s a friendly reminder not to forget what really matters most. It’s easy to find yourself rushing through the last three months, only to look back and wonder, “What actually happened?” So, slow down, take a deep breath, and make time for moments with friends and family. Be intentional. We challenge you to go out of your way, even just a little, to make someone’s day—even if it’s something small. Add some meaning to the madness. You can always earn more money, but the time you spend is gone forever. Good luck out there.

Feeling a bit off balance? Life can get crazy, and juggling everything can seem impossible. But all you really need is 3 daily wins. Mental, physical, and spiritual. Make sure you learn something new each day, even if it’s small—it can feel like a massive win sometimes. Get some exercise. We’re not machines; we need to get outside and move our bodies. And make some quiet time. Spend time on your spiritual practice. It’s good to get away from the world and the noise sometimes; otherwise, it can feel like you’re drowning. What does blank do? We get that question a lot😂 And honestly, we don’t have an “industry-approved” answer. Yes, a lot of “experts” out there will tell you that’s a bad thing and you need a “niche” and should focus on one or two things to get really good at them. But that’s just not blank. Our niche is not to niche! So, to get back to the question, “What does blank do?” We do what’s fun (as far as possible). We know that fun doesn’t always pay the bills. So, we have projects that at the start don’t look like “fun,” but we try as far as possible to see how we can make them fun. The day we stop having fun is the day blank doesn’t exist anymore. Does that sound childish? We hope so! The blank team is basically a bunch of kids that can do a few cool tricks. Want to have some fun with us?

Remember to breathe! We have been so busy these last few months that we have to remind ourselves to take a break and breathe. What that looks like for each of us may be different, for some its a lighting up a smoke, for others its prayer or meditation. Whatever it is that helps you center yourself and be present, remember to do just that when life gets crazy. Here is to the ones giving their all, not only in the hustle but also in the chill.
