When it comes to Austin TV news, KVUE is king, according to the latest Nielsen ratings. The city’s ABC station was No. 1 at 4:30 a.m., 5 a.m., 6 a.m., middays, 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. during the recently completed May “sweeps” period. NBC affiliate KXAN finished in first place at 6 p.m.
