Yo! I should change my name to the Ghostly Gryzz since I just dip out for months at a time! But I’m like that best friend you don’t see for forever but when you get together it’s like you were never apart🤣🤣🤣

We’ve been playing a million different games G**O, Factorio, Division 2, New World, Ready or Not, Halo Infinite… the list goes on. So we’ll be back to streaming (for how long, who knows) and hope to see some familiar faces as well as some new ones.

One thing I did want to share is, I tried Fortnite for the first time ever last night. I know, I’m behind the times on that one. It just never interested me. BUT, first game ever, flying solo, picked up a dub! So maybe I’ll give it the ol’ college try lol

After much research, deliberation, and consideration, I will be moving to Twitch as my primary streaming platform. Part of the reason that I went radio silent for so long was that Facebook’s algorithm basically diminished my reach to nearly zero for the last couple of months that I was actively streaming several nights a week. I went from organically getting hundreds of views per stream (occasionally reaching 1,000 and one stream broke 2,000) to getting double digits on a good night. Even friends and family members told me they weren’t getting the notifications all the time. I also experienced this from the Viewer-end. As you likely realized, Corporal Big Red and I stream almost exclusively together, and there were MANY times that I didn’t get the notifications that he was Live when I was sitting there waiting to get the notification. I’ll likely still have streams go live on FB since my streaming software allows me to broadcast to multiple platforms, but the focus is going to be on growing the Twitch community. Twitch’s foundation was built on gaming, whereas FB is still relatively new and in its infant stage of life. I still plan to upload videos on FB, youtube, IG, Twitter, etc. But they’ll most likely be short, highlight clips of streams in an attempt to reach more viewers through all means of social media. With all of that said, y’all have all be GREAT to me and I truly appreciate each and every person that stopped by and watched even 1 minute of video, or reacted/shared a stream. It was a good place to get my feet wet and get used to talking to myself on camera. If you can, I would GREATLY appreciate if you would follow on Twitch. You can access it on computer at Twitch.tv or the Twitch App. If not, I completely get it. Hopefully, I’ll see some of you over on the Purple Side! Thanks for all of the love!!!

Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen!

While The Gryzz and Mauler Crew might not have taken home the title in the grudge match, last night’s stream was definitely a success! Especially for the very first effort at raising money for a charity. Gryzzly Gaming brought in $265 in direct donations, about $20 in stars, and about $50 in cash! That is $315 doll hairs raised by you lovely people. Thank you! In conjunction with Corporal Big Red Gaming and Tech Support, I believe the grand total raised was roughly $800. That is absolutely phenomenal. Big shout out to my and the for coming through clutch, hanging out with us into the wee hours of the morning, and dropping 💰 💣 . If by chance you wanted to stop by last night to donate but missed the window, there’s a donation button on this post that will be available through the weekend!

Now the only question is, what our next charity?!?!

While I know that Facebook is an international platform and Gryzzly Gaming has followers in multiple countries around the world, today we remember the Fallen of 9/11. Innocent civilians, fearless first responders, and countless service members lost their lives as a direct result of the absolute catastrophe that occurred on September 11, 2001. If you have not already, please take a moment today to reflect. Many of the veterans that are supported by the charity that we will be streaming for next weekend, chose to serve as an act of patriotism stemming directly from this event. Here we are 19 years later, and still dealing with the ramifications in a world that will never be as it once was. Just remember, show some patience and grace to those around you and never pass on an opportunity to let a loved one know that you care. Tomorrow is not guaranteed for anyone.
