Wow! Such profound information given from on breastfeeding! I apologize for the in and out during this video but please stick with it because much enriched colostrum type of information is given.

•Much encouragement is given to moms that if you want to breastfeed it’s best to do so exclusively compared to flipping between and breast milk is so vital and it’s considered a and if a mother can’t breast feed is available for those mothers in the hospital and through their insurance.

• How about fathers being involved 😆🙌🏾👏🏾 dads can help the mothers by doing, Skin to skin Aka for fathers to help the babies prepare for breastfeeding..

•Did you know that kicking reflex was a way for babies to help the mothers in fundal massage! God is so amazing!!

• Moms kiss your babies on the lips!
We just learned that when you kiss your baby the saliva from your baby helps you body know the type of milk it needs to produce for your baby!!

• Lactch that baby on your breast! Sucking is needed to produce milk and the babies saliva is retracted from your breast to as well produce the type of milk needed for your baby. Colostrum is what your baby is eating even if you can’t see it. Trust the process!

•Get help is you need it at or a personal


•Another thing! Mothers you all are doing great and keep up the strong work on
