We’re thrilled to announce the success of our partnership with Zero Zone, which brought 14 skilled technicians into the industrial and commercial refrigeration industry! Over 10 weeks, these apprentices tackled a rigorous curriculum combining hands-on training and classroom instruction, mastering the principles of refrigeration and beyond.

This program wasn’t just about filling roles—it was about building futures. Graduates, gained invaluable skills and are now ready to meet the growing demands of this vital industry.

A special shoutout to Zero Zone for supporting the next generation of skilled technicians without expecting direct hires—proving this is about uplifting the entire refrigeration community.
