Mental health is no joke and it’s a real thing. I was diagnosed with depression in 1999. This picture was taken 2003 New year Eve. I was just released from Mercyville hospital. I had a mental breakdown and was committed for being my first attempt to unalive myself . I remember this time like it was yesterday. Next weeks episode I will be talking about how I ended up here and why it took me so long to get mental help and where I am today with my depression and anxiety. Stay tuned. ( I wasn’t myself here because I was dope up with medication)

You stand up for you believe in you stand up for who you love or what you love. You put important people in your life first before yourself. You are a hard-working mother raising beautiful handsome children. You’re a hard-working 9 to 5 and yet still have time to run the business and a podcast. you may not had things gone your way, but you never let it find you and you picked yourself up and kept on going. You have the biggest heart I know and you’re always willing to help people in need if you can. The inter Stacey, the child Stacey would be proud of who she became. You made a decision to put yourself first last year and here you are a little by little doing something you love while loving yourself to put yourself first for once.
