SCAM ALERT!!!
I received the pictured email about my Norton subscription auto-renewal yesterday. Attached to it was an invoice with a phone number in Red for US customers. When I dialed, an agent IMMEDIATELY answered. He was happy to help me cancel this, however, he said I had to PULL UP MY COMPUTER in order to cancel. I told him I did not have my computer with me. He said, ANY computer would do. I politely refused and hung up. οΏΌ
Today, I received another email stating the same, however, it was a DIFFERENT invoice number and DIFFERENT customer service number. Dialed and received exactly the same as above.
Not today, Satan! οΏΌ
