🎉 Woohoo!!! We did it, friends—20 days down! 🎉

How are you feeling? 🙌 I’m feeling so proud of sticking with this challenge. It wasn’t all smooth sailing—there were a few bumps along the way. I missed some days, and let’s just say that several days of birthday celebrations didn’t exactly help with my calorie goals! 😅 (I even gained a couple of pounds!)

But here’s the amazing part: because I kept going, I’ve already started to see some of that progress bounce back. And the best part? I’m learning so much about my habits and what really works for me. 💪✨

I was lying in bed this morning, sick and tired of feeling stuck. I have allowed too many reasons to become excuses - hormones, injuries, work, stress, etc. I'm tired of it. I may not be able to do all the things, but I can do something. So for the next 70- something days, I'm going to do what I can. I can walk, I can get enough sleep, and I can track my food. And I can do it even better if I'm not distracted by social media. So, I'm taking a break for 70-something days to do something for myself.
