📣
1️⃣Tomorrow, Wednesday, 1/15, 7pm–9pm: The New York Ave. Writers' Guild, Hayday Coffee, 155 S New York Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
This is a chance to write, experiment, think, and exist together!
📣
2️⃣Saturday, 1/18, 1pm–2:30pm: The Town(e?) Criers! Poetry and Song Open Mic, Hayday Coffee, 155 S New York Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
While this gathering usually takes place at Oddball Vintage in Absecon, this month they are undergoing some renovations. Together, the Oddball team and our community organizer Jacob decided it would be best to host the event elsewhere for the month, to keep momentum up, and Hayday graciously offered their support. Thank you, Hayday team! Looking forward to this change!
📣
3️⃣Sunday, 1/19, 2pm–5pm: Stories of Atlantic City's Artist-Activist Meetup, Community Innovation Reporting Lab (CRIL), 2nd floor of the AC Stockton Academic Building, 3711 Atlantic Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
(RSVP at the link in our bio)
We are entering a new "season" of meetups, so this gathering will center conversation around addressing our community needs. You're going to want to be there, as your voice will help to guide upcoming gatherings.
NOTE: Parking at this location is currently pay-by-phone. We are working on providing validation for our guests, but as of this moment you will have to pay the fee or park street-side elsewhere. Our apologies—this is a newly-regulated practice at the campus.
📣
See you soon!
