Well it’s taking me a few days to process the absolute epicness that was JUNGLE BELLS 2023. In the weeks leading up to JB I found myself struggling with anxiety. Like to the point I wasn’t sure if I would be able to perform. I wanted to play my best set ever for you guys; but was not able to find my little sweet spot. Thanks to the support of some good friends and family I was able to push through and get something flowing. I chose to open my set with Break’s remix of Goldie’s ‘Inner City Life’ because it seemed fitting for night. It was an overflow of emotions I felt as I saw my friends who I have missed everyday since the move fill the room. Thank you all that were there and gave me that moment; it was very special to me. It was so great to see so many of you and to have some nice little moments with some of yall.
To the true King of Raves MJ Lee-Thank you! It has been an honor to watch you work your magic and to work with you. My mind is still blown and processing it all. Thank you for your support and the opportunities as a DJ. But most importantly I value our friendship. The move has been hard on me sometimes and your calls checking on me have helped me more than you could know. It meant everything to have that time with you at JB. Congratulations and thank you to both you and Brandon for throwing the biggest DnB show that I’ve ever been to. It really was a historic event for so many reasons. I’m super proud of what you guys have done. Absolute Legends.
