Our Seaside Trio Platter became a reality while I was sitting inside a local coffee shop here in Atlanta, Georgia.

The thought was to offer Pickaplate family a platter with both soul food and seafood options. When the name came to me, I cried real tears in a cafe full of strangers 😭

The Seaside Trio includes a crab cluster, lobster tail, colossal shrimp, (2) lamb chops, (2) spiced eggs, (2) cob corns, (2) sides, saffron rice, golden potatoes, chicken sausage and fixins (asparagus, dinner roll, lemon & lime wedges).
*Some customers add crawfish and/or mussels*
