Why SHOULD I take RUNWAY TRAINING if I'm just going to GET MORE EXPERIENCE WHILE I'm on a booking?

HMMM- Well when you are just starting with Modeling, depending on your height and weight will really determine which niche YOU best fit. HOWEVER! it is encouraged that irregardless of the NICHE you are in, YOU SHOULD INDEED GET RUNWAY TRAINING and PRACTICE WALKING on the RUNWAY.

Even a member from one of the most well known families took RUNWAY TRAINING and YOU CAN Actually SEE👀 the DRASTIC improvement in HER WALK.

Currently we aren't offering RUNWAY TRAINING but we can refer you, just message us!

SCENARIO: I'm just starting to WALK THE RUNWAY I don't know what type of shoes I should wear? HELP!!🫣

For WOMEN, you can't go wrong with a CLASSIC STILETTO PUMP, however in these times where FASHION is constantly pushing the envelope you could also venture into HEELS like the ones shown.

When buying heels specifically for your Modeling you want to make sure they:
1. Support your arch and ankle
2. Support your weight
3. Not TOO smooth on the bottom
4. Can be paired with any outfit
5. Adds at least 3 inches to your height if Teen or Adult

How long should you wait till you start seeking representation?

And how do you know if you NEED representation?

Well -- there is not a "straight-forward answer to that question because everyone's circumstances are different, however, here's a general answer that can HELP YOU answer that question.

The purpose of having representation, Management, Agent/Agency or both, is so that you can focus more on YOUR craft while still securing bookings that CAN advance your career and move you closer to your goals.

If you are just starting - MANAGEMENT is WHO and WHAT will GUIDE you as to WHAT is NEEDED for YOU to accomplish IMMEDIATE and LONG TERM GOALS as a Model, Artist, or Creative. While it is NOT REQUIRED, it can help ELIMINATE the starter confusion if you find the right and reputable management.

Management can lead you into partnering with an Agent or Agency that will aide in YOU getting MORE BOOKINGS! While the manager focuses on preparing you to attract opportunities, the Agent/Agencies are the ones with those opportunities in SPECIFIC niches. In some instances it is MUCH easier for an Agent to pair a TALENT that has some experience that can deliver on que to their clients. Oppose to a NEW talent that has NO EXPERIENCE.

First thing FIRST -- TAKE BASIC, NATURAL LOOKING PICTURES of yourself. You can find examples of what those look like on our TIMELINE and get to researching photographers in YOUR area that you can work with.

Hi! I am Bianka, a Christian Entrepreneur that managed and trained Models and booked them paying gigs as their Agent in Atlanta, GA.

During that time I noticed that there was a lot that both NEW and seasoned Models that did not know:
WHAT they needed to focus on
HOW to get and manage bookings
WHERE they should be putting their effort...and it was costing them time and money.

A little about me is I too Modeled in my teens and early twenties, I partook in Pageants, Fashion shows, Photo Shoots, Hair Shows and was getting paid but I could have made MORE and did less. Modeling is not just limited to FEMALES, it's for MALES too. The standards are little different but MALES still need to know how to pose and have these basic images ready to submit to an audition.

Start practicing taking pictures like this, no matter your size, height, race. These are basic poses you want to master and images you want to have ready to submit to auditions.

With the advancement of technology there's no reason YOU shouldn't be able to capture these images. Let's GO!

Model Development can cost you anywhere from $500 to $3000 and more. Even if you are signed with an Agency...YES you still pay, if you have bookings, it comes out of your pay. You know after watching a documentary about Human Trafficking, the thing that was common in the situations mentioned was, "I didn't know" .

While in anyone can be trafficked anywhere in any given situation, we at GBMG want to urge all Models, Aspiring, Freelance Signed, whichever to please exercise caution while in pursuit of your dreams. Not to be confused with don't take risks.

Educate yourself on the industry you are entering so you know how to recognize when something is NOT RIGHT and respond accordingly.
