What is ?

Sudden, unexpected loss of heart function, breathing, and consciousness. It usually results from an electrical disturbance in the heart. It's not the same as a heart attack.

The main symptom is loss of consciousness and unresponsiveness. It requires immediate CPR or use of a defibrillator.

One may reduce Life-style factors that may increase your risk of cardiac arrest and other acquired heart diseases by:

1. Eating heart-healthy meals.

2. Losing weight.

3. Exercising.

4. Quitting smoking and drug use.

5. Reducing alcohol intake.

When cardiac arrest occurs, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) must be started within (2) minutes. By (9) minutes of delay, severe and permanent brain damage is likely. After (10) minutes, the chances of survival are low.

SU***DE IS SELFISH.

Contemplating su***de is selfishly motivated. What could have led one into contrmplating it as an option can also be explored using other means if it is properly argued.

The world we live in today, is faced with lots of human and material challenges. Ideally, it lies on our oasis to proffer workable strategies to bring about significant changes in our lives and our immediate society.

Succumbing to these myriad problems to the extent of taking your life makes one a selfish being. This can be substantiated on the fact that God who created man was for a purpose. And you are expected to fulfill that purpose while on earth to compliment God's essence of creation.

In the event where one decides to shy away from this all-important responsibility as a result of any reason that has no water to hold to the extent of committing su***de just consider yourself a .

Take the story of Noah in the Bible. Who attempted su***de but for the fact he never fulfilled the essence of his creation. God captioned him through the shark and came back to build an Ark through which God's chosen were saved.

This sucidal mindset has contributed negatively in our society as we kept on losing brains that could have salvaged mankind from societal doldrums.

Umunne m, i urge you not to contemplate su***de. It is bad, wicked, and selfish. The stigma alone to your immediate family is till thy kingdom come, so?? If anything bothers you, or you contemplate of ending it, just F**kinask! for help.
