Being an art publisher over the past 11 years has been both an enlightening and disappointing experience. For some artists, getting critically published with a well-written essay in 3 formats by Aedra Fine Arts means the absolute world to them. They appreciate an article carefully analyzing their work and being shared to thousands of people across the world. And then for some other artists, it means absolutely nothing...

For those artists who appreciate the work of AFA, well I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate you as well. I would like to remind the artists who are published in the catalogue that there are literally hundreds of artists who would be thrilled to have been published but were not selected for the publication selection process. They envy you. Word of advice, appreciate your genuine good fortunes in life.

I visited the Atlanta Art Fair and several galleries in Atlanta. I was invited to the fair by one of the artists in the AFA Catalogue, Julie Miller Torres (first picture with her historically rich works). Not only that, but I happened to find the booth of Billis Williams Gallery and there I found the work of another artist in the catalogue, Iris Kufert-Rivo (third picture of visually stimulating geometric paintings). I'm so glad I was able to see the works of two catalogue artists work in person and see my critical essays come to life. https://www.aedrafinearts.com/catalogue to read their critical review essays.

I stopped by some beautiful galleries in the Miami Circle street of Atlanta including Maune Contemporary, Reinike Gallery, and Pryor Fine Art (all in photos). Atlanta has a great art scene as evidenced in these photos.
