This year has been a long and challenging one but ending it the way we did with this charity drive makes my heart swell during the holidays.
Meeting these amazing directors that assist with the womenās shelters and foster home, let me know our funds are going to right place. SHARE house alone sponsored 144 kids this yearā¦.. INSANE.
With so many missing loved ones, going through life challenges, dealing with changes, or just having a tough time through the holidays - I hope this brings a smile to everyoneās face knowing we helped 66 women and kids this Christmas. With over 200+ gifts and 22K+ raised, this one will go down in infamy! (until next year!?)

About to swap this valve out in the fridge because the ice maker hasnāt been working.
Did all the things, volt tested, manual reset, checked the water lines, etc - thing still isnāt making ice. For $30 weshall see if itās this valve or not.

Had to give a quick shout out to Sara Mcknatt!
She really thought outside the box to help the cause this year and put together a raffle in a brumate group she is an admin for! (These are a variety of coozies for those that donāt know).
She took some donated items and other cups she needed to give away and turned it into a $1500+ donation to the cause!
This was super cool to watch this turn into a success and officially means weāve blown goals out of the water!

We shopped all week last week for the Calvary Home and Womenās shelters!
We still have a few more trips to go when I get back and weāre still raising money for this great cause! Come join us in making this Christmas a memorable one for those in need.
We typically always did the Thursday and Friday madness every year. Last year we dipped our toe into the Black Friday mess and wrapped up earlyā¦ this year we didnāt go at all.
Watching all these TikTokās of the deception on āsavingsā has me dead.
The greed is out of control with these large corporations and the people can smell it š¤£.

Weāve started the shopping madness for the foster kids and womenās shelters and Iām excited to get everything together! We broke a record this yearā¦. Likely one not to be topped again (although I hope we do) at a whopping $21K+ raised for 55+ momās and kids this holiday season already!
The fundraising is still going with community members running raffles as we speak, while donations are still being taken towards this cause! Iāll drop the raffle in the comments and directs if youāre interested in supporting directly.

GVT, when I say these past few weeks have been insaneā¦ I truly mean it.
If you have not heard on stream, we started the fund raising for the Calvary Childrenās Home back on OCT 1st. Weāve had some big moves made this year and one of the biggest comes from TryhardCC and his late father. Together, they donated 10K to our cause which fully covers the Calvary Kids and we are working to expand into 1-2 battered womenās shelters this year! Weāve had some other HUGE love from Wojo and commitments from others as well, weāve got some love coming through! This is our biggest year yet and Iām excited to see where we end!
I wanted to throw up a picture of Tryās dad and hope everyone takes a moment to remember him, even if you donāt know him, for the good things he did while here on this earth and the good things he continues to do through his son, TryhardCC. Tryās dad used to support local battered womenās shelters throughout the year and thatās why we are putting some extra focus on that with the funds surplus we will have.

I hope you're all having an awesome day. So, I've got some big news! Our annual fundraiser is hitting its third year, and it's time to spread the word in a big way. We've come a long way over the years, and we're making a real impact, so let's take it to the next level!
Here's some accomplishments thus far:
Fundraiser History: Yep, you heard it right; this is the third year for our legendary fundraiser. Can you believe it? We hit our goal every.single.year. and I hope to do the same again this year, and more!
How It All Started: Remember those gaming streams we love so much? That's where it all began. We're a generous and amazing crew that's all about giving back, and our community spirit is what kicked this whole thing off.
Success Stories: The best part? We've made the wishes of 21 kids come true every year for the past two years. We're talking about full Christmas wish lists here!
Our Goal: We're partnering up with the Calvary Children's Home in Powder Springs, GA yet again. Those kids need us, and we're here to make their holiday season unforgettable.
Big Dreams: Looking forward, 2023 is gonna be huge. We're aiming to expand to a battered women's shelter. Yep, we're dreaming big and aiming to help even more people in our community.
Worldwide Impact: Here's the crazy part. Our donations are coming in from all over the world. Our diverse community is a powerhouse, and it's heartwarming to see people from all corners of the globe joining us.
I have reached out to several local news stations as of today and I hope to hear something back soon. I have also started a gofundme this year in case some feel more comfortable that way. If we could take this fundraiser to the next level this year, that would be awesome! I know it's tough all around but just dropping a comment makes a huge difference.
If you're up for it, drop a comment, and we'll start making some changes in these kids lives! We are already up to $1,000 on a $6,000 goal!

The Blackstone Grill came down to a TIE, yes a TIE. As we were deciding what to do with said tie, Tryhardcc stepped in and MATCHED a second Blackstone grill. You read that right... we ended up giving away 2 freakin Blackstones last night!
