At "Above the Four Seasons," Cruickshank Remodeling helped fulfill a client's dream of having a beautiful furniture quality cherry floor. Installed as a nail-down floating floor over a layer of cork, this floor reduced sound transmission between units. 😀🔨

This project in a mid-rise building combined two loft units into one large floor plan. It included remodeling three bathrooms and the kitchen and included custom built-ins and all interior finishes. Having a predetermined plan for parking and material delivery is especially vital on urban projects. 🔨🏠
