What hat did the number come from? 🧢

Let’s be real charging $1000 for your lowest package sounds great and feels even better when your HoneyBook gives you the *cha Ching* notification.

Some of my favorite Social Media Marketing Coaches preach starting your packages at $1000.

Here’s the thing: I don’t have a problem with the price. No gatekeeping or secrets…I currently charge $999 for my lowest package. That price for me is based on how long it takes task to be completed, my overhead, and the fact that I’ve been helping small businesses with their social media for 3 years now.

The problem is new social media managers are starting their business thinking they should charge $1000 off ripe.

Which is wrong for a few reasons.
👉🏽 Your expertise isn’t locked in enough to charge high end prices
👉🏽Clients are getting the short end of the stick because they aren’t getting the level of support they are paying for
👉🏽Your going into discovery calls with a shakey pitch because imposter syndrome sets in

Can I be vulnerable for a moment? I’ve had several instances in my journey where continuing seemed like the last option.
