I have been taking a back seat to creating content lately.

For a handful of reasons but as a social media manager, I know as well as you know that to stay relevant you have to keep active.

As most entrepreneurs building a business or a personal brand you can easily get taken away from wanting to post content to simply enjoy life.

It implies that people tend not to change their minds or actions - and that might be true in some cases.

When you're selling your services, changing someone’s mind is one of the most powerful tools you have in your arsenal.

Knowing how to successfully use the power of persuasion or maneuver through objections can make a huge difference in your ability to close your next Social Media Client.

To do so successfully requires (but isn’t limited to):
👉🏽A genuine connection with potential customers through conversation (or content)
👉🏽Understanding your audience
👉🏽Finding common ground between them and your product or service.
👉🏽Showing empathy towards their doubts
👉🏽Remaining open-minded
👉🏽Sharing why you believe in it so passionately

These simple steps will ensure that your prospective social media clients feel heard, appreciated, and valued – all important components when making any kind of sale!


Also, keep in mind, you have a business page to sell. It's okay to tell your audience about your services. How else will they know? 🤷🏽‍♀️
