There are some unique challenges arranging for this form of hip-hop/trap. You absolutely have to continuously chop up the rhythm while keeping fluid motion (keep the motor running). This one definitely took me out of my scoring comfort zone but was a great opportunity to expand the toolset.

Here is the teaser for Dark Ages, an animated short film that I’m working on with my friends at Millions of tiny Robots. I love the world Andrew Weidenhammer has created with his unique stop motion / puppetry look! It was amazing to be part of this, watching them build real puppets by hand and all of the care and love that went into it. Made by hand and absolutely no AI!

Dark Ages is an upcoming short film about a stout lightbulb-headed hero working to return daylight to his decaying medieval town.
