When my girls filmed on the Hulu Series Candy, we spent a lot of time at someone’s actual residence.
While we were in holding (waiting for our time to film) we spent that time across the street at a neighbors residence.
Another series we filmed, Welcome to Flatch, we spent time at a residence, church, and small boutique shop.
They all get paid!

Mortgage rates are significantly lower than what they were a year ago—when they averaged 7.18%. That could translate into hundreds of dollars in savings on borrowing costs compared to a year ago. At the 6.35% average rate this week, a monthly mortgage payment on a home priced at about $400,000 would be $1,991 (also assuming a 20% down payment). (NAR)

Has the Fed waited too long to start cutting rates? The unexpected climb in the July unemployment rate had the market reassessing recession risks. Bond yields (and mortgage rates) plunged. The market now expects multiple rate cuts before year-end.
